Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
    • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of a product defect.
    • Defects must be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
    • In such cases, the product will be replaced with the same design, subject to availability.
  2. Order Cancellations
    • No cancellations are allowed for any orders (Prepaid or COD).
    • For COD orders, if a parcel is not accepted, the customer will no longer be eligible to place future COD orders.
  3. Ring Size Exchange
    • Size exchanges are available at an additional cost of ₹150/- if the product is sent back to us.
    • If both pick-up and delivery are arranged by us, a total charge of ₹250/- will apply.
  4. Damages & Issues
    • We are not liable for damages during transit.
    • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
      • Contact us immediately to evaluate the issue.
      • We will provide a return label and arrange for the product to be collected.
    • Faulty goods are defined as items received in a damaged condition, not items damaged by normal wear and tear.
  5. Faulty Items
    • Faulty items can only be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
  6. Color Accuracy
    • We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.
    • However, due to variations in monitor displays, color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
