Free Domestic Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India.
- Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days of placement.
- For customised items, please allow 12-15 business days for shipping.
- Please note, delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or courier service issues, which are beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India, subject to serviceability of your pincode.
- COD charges are applicable as an additional fee and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping via Aramex.
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping is not available for international orders at this time.
Insurance
- All orders are fully insured during transit until delivery.
- A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt, at which point responsibility for the order is transferred to the recipient.
- If the delivery is made to a recipient on your behalf (e.g., as a gift), their signature at the delivery address constitutes proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

- International Orders:
- Orders are shipped from India, and any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country must be paid by the recipient.
